Nimesulide Medicine

The European Medicines Agency has completed a review of the safety and effectiveness of medicines containing Nimesulide (capsules, tablets, suppositories and powder or granules for oral suspension).

It has concluded that Nimesulide has great benefits for the treatment of acute pain and primary dysmenorrhoea. It issued a recommendation that it should be used for the shortest duration (<15days).

It is also used for dry skin and to improve skin tone. Usage of Nimesulide 100mg- Tablet.

• It has superior benefit-risk ratio to other drugs with a comparable safety and tolerability to placebo.
• Its multifactorial mode of action gives it a unique and broad action on inflammatory.
• Nimesulide is also safe in sensitive asthmatic patients. It is reported to be beneficial in relieving the symptoms of rhinitis, rhinopharyngitis tubaritis and seceretory otitis media with concomitant antibiotic treatment.
• Nimesulide has potent analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic activities

Nimesulide tablet has great analgesic and antipyretic properties which is nothing but relief from pain and reduction of body temperature. Nimesulide medicines are recommended for short duration of 15days
