Nimesulide Analgesic action for pain relief

The efficacy and tolerability of Nimesulide in treatment of acute pain, osteoarthritis and primary dysmenorrhoea was consistently superior to placebo. Nimesulide drug for pain relief has a relatively rapid onset of the analgesic action for the patients suffering from acute pain which shows meaningful reductions observed within 15 minutes from drug intake. Nimesulide is a prescription-only drug and must be prescribed by a licensed physician after careful evaluation of the patient’s characteristics and needs. Nimesulide is available with the dosage of 100 mg for the tablets, and100 mg for granules for oral suspension, 200mg for the suppositories and 3% of gel. As for other NSAIDs the use of Nimesulide is preffered for the shortest duration necessary to control symptoms in patients with acute pain or primary dysmenorrhoea. The efficacy of Nimesulide was consistently superior to placebo with its particularly rapid onset action.
