The
main purpose of Nimesulide tablets is for the treatment of painful
inflammatory conditions, back pain, dysmenorrhea, postoperative pain,
osteoarthritis, and fever.
The
usual dose is 100mg twice a day.
Children: 5mg/kg of body weight in 2 or 3 divided doses.

minimum effective dose should be used for the shortest duration to
reduce the undesirable effects.
The
maximum duration of a treatment course with Nimesulide is 15 days.
